We had a great afternoon exploring the Fire Tower, & climbing it and then abseiling from it
It was an awesome experience abseiling from the top of the middle of the Fire Tower
We had to figure out the safest way to do it. Then do a risk assessment. Then set it up
Then it was all a big rush...wheeee! on the way down... Found a cross beam that you had to watch out for
Then we found out how fit we were, when we had to climb up the entry part and then walk up the 5 big long & steep staircases and back to the jump off point....Fheww...going down was way easier and more fun.... We took lots of pics but didn't upload many to Flickr in those days...so this is the lot that are on Flickr....
Just looked thru the unpublished pics and there is heaps of photos...might up some later...
Anyway The Fire Tower is an awesome Urbex location for some serious fun
